Is a tempur-pedic pillow good for you?

Orthopedic pillows, or rather, their prototypes, were known in the distant past. In ancient Egypt, special stands were made from ivory, in the East the Dutch colonists did not sleep at night with a special pillow in the form of a long tightly stuffed roll material, similar to a modern sofa cushion.
